and baby makes 3 . . .

we got our 1st ultrasound today. it was really exciting! we were expecting to just see a little flash or a dot, but instead got this . . .

damien was able to capture a little video with his camera phone. the little heart was beating so fast! we couldn't get any audio but towards the end of the clip you can see the baby move around really quick. :) it was so precious!!!

They're BAAAAACK!!!

We can't wait for HEROES Season 3 to start Monday night! It feels like we haven't seen the show for years! Here is a sneak peek. (My brother Jon & I actually saw this and more from the Heroes panel at San Diego Comic Con in July.) Warning: Spoilers! :)
